Three habits at the shoot that make the cutout clean.
A plain surface that contrasts
Shoot on a plain surface that differs from the shoe: dark soles on a light floor, white trainers on something darker. A clear sole line gives a clean edge.
The same angles for every pair
Side, front, back, sole: the same set for every pair. With one background for the whole folder, your shop grid looks like a single shoot.
Check the sole and laces first
On one photo, compare Before and After along the sole edge and the lace loops. Those two places show first whether the folder came out clean.

Can I put all my shoe photos on a white background at once?
Yes. Drop the folder in, choose White once, and every photo in the batch goes on the same pure white, about 4 seconds per photo on a Mac Studio (M4 Max), offline.
Does Amazon want shoes on a white background?
Amazon asks for a pure white background on the main image. White in AwaCut is exactly RGB 255, so the main photo needs no extra retouching for the background. Other marketplaces have their own rules, so check the one you sell on.
Can I make shoe PNGs with a transparent background?
