A logo saved on white, or a signature photographed on paper, is only useful once the background is gone. AwaCut turns them into transparent PNGs on your own computer, for a single file or a whole folder at once, with nothing uploaded. What matters for these photos
Logos with solid shapes and medium or large text come out cleanest. Very small text, like a tagline under a logo, can come out with slightly softer edges.
For signatures, scan or photograph at a high resolution with a dark pen. A thick, clearly visible line keeps its full color; a very thin pen line can come out partly see-through.
If you have the original vector file of a logo (SVG, AI, EPS), export a PNG from it with a transparent background: that is always cleaner than any cutout.
Can AwaCut remove the white background from a logo?
Yes. Logos with clear shapes and readable text on a plain background come out as clean transparent PNGs. Very small text can come out slightly softer, so check it in the compare view.
Does it work on handwritten signatures?
Yes, when the ink line is clearly visible at the photo's size. A dark pen, a good scan and a high resolution give the best result; a very thin, faint line can come out partly transparent. The trial lets you test your own signature on 10 images free.
Is my signature uploaded anywhere?
No. AwaCut processes the image on your own computer and does not need an internet connection to do it. Only the licence check goes online, and it sends no images.
